I'm not switching doctors EVER! She's great and thorough.

Dr Wilson has delivered both of my children, she has been my surgeon, helped me with hormone replacement after a full hysterectomy .. the... list goes on. She has always gone above and beyond for me. Without her and her entire staff I honestly don’t know if my quality of life would be the same.The office staff is rude and unprofessional. Shelby is condescending and will intentionally make you uncomfortable. Her level of unprofessionalism is awful. She has made it extremely hard for the last month for me to properly update my job with the requested documents in order for me to receive back pay for my LOA.read more

The staff at Wilson medical have been outstanding. I have had several health issues over the past 4 years and after addressing those... individual issues with Dr. Wilson and her PA, Christy, I feel like I am better than ever. This health practice is busy, but never too busy to sit down and listen to health concerns and offer solutions to get me back on track. This office has handled various gynecological issues and hormone replacement therapy for me, as well as helping me get over colds and seasonal allergy issues. I honestly can't recommend Wilson Medical enough. The support staff is friendly and knowledgeable. 5 stars!read more

She has been... transitioning to a new computer system and their are kinks and can be aggravating sure, but that's any business that goes thru changes. I LOVE Dr. Wilson. I admire her knowledge and willingness to try things to get to the root of the issues. She is not pushy, she is honest... and that’s what I want in a Dr. I’ve had so many gynos in my past issues and have left in tears. I always leave Dr. Wilson with hope and reassurance that she cares about me and truly wants to do right by all her patients. I feel the office tries their very best to accommodate patient needs and I’m happy to see the growing clinic, they change things to make it easier for us,” the patients.” At the end of the day we are all human and make mistakes and are allowed bad days. It’s hard running a company and make everyone happy with all the constant changes. As of recently, I’ve had meds ordered within the same day, order for mammogram scheduled within 2 days, I’ve been a walk in and they have worked me in successfully and have worked with me on my medications. I feel we all need to have a bit more patience and kindness with one another, your health is a priority, we all are busy, give it time and allow the Drs to do their job. I for sure want to be listened to and I have questions with me at every appointment Dr. Wilson, her nurses and staff are willing to help in anyway they can. I’ll even get a hug when I can sneak one in from Dr. Wilson in-between patients when I see her. She truly cares and wants the best for her patients! Building a successful business is a process and WILSONMEDICAL is worth the wait. Happy to say the full page of problems have been addressed and I’m feeling the best I’ve felt in a very long time!! Although there are some bad reviews, I have been seeing Dr. Wilson for 5 years now. She took care of a medical mistake by another doctor.... She is kind, caring, but also blunt. Which I prefer in a doctor. She has handled all of my medical issues with care and speed. Referring me to a urologist and general surgeon when we were both concerned about something going on. She place my pellets with care. There’s no where else I would go, and no one else I would trust with my women’s health needs.read more

I for one can say that I have only ever had positive experiences with Dr. Wilson and Chad Knight. I started coming to this clinic several... years ago after having my son (long story short, my son was a fertility baby and I was told i would never have kids due to my health conditions. After having him my body was struggling.....iron, vitamin D, thyroid, etc.....and she helped me balance those) and Dr. Wilson got me and my body back on track. She was absolutely wonderful, very sweet, kind, soft spoken, honest and she always left me feeling like she wanted what was best for me. Absolutely wonderful doctor and human being!Well I got the surprise of a lifetime when i found out i was pregnant with my daughter 2 years ago. After having my daughter, my body didn't rebound from my pregnancy, so I went back to Dr. Wilson. She was out sick that day so they gave me the option to see Chad Knight. So i did, and he is amazing! Super kind, super personable, very straight forward (without hurting your feelings), very honest, takes his time, listens to you and how you feel, very knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. After my first appointment with him, I stayed on his patient list. He has truly helped my body bounce back from my second and last pregnancy gradually and i'm not joking when i say i was very ill after having my daughter.I have read a lot of the reviews about the doctors being wonderful (which they are) and the staff being rude....now i can say i have had a few encounters where I have felt like the staff is rude, but that being said, everybody has a bad day from time to time, that clinic is extremely busy and in high demand so i am sure they are very busy and possibly overwhelmed at times and they probably never slow down so maybe they aren't being rude, maybe they are just busy and trying to juggle several things at once. The only person I haven't figured out yet is the blood draw girl, she never smiles, i don't know if she is sad all the time or unhappy or just unsocial....but i always smile and talk to her and try to be friendly with her so she has good and positivie encounters through her day. I have also had issues with phone calls and what not but it is usually resolved next day. I have never gone more than 48 hours without a call back or interaction in some way. It is all about how you react to things in life and having patience with a busy and high demand office!!So thank you Dr. Wilson and Chad Knight and all the very hard working staff!!❤️read more

Dr. Wilson and Chad have helped me so much the last 2 years. My hormones are back to where they should be and I feel so much more like... myself again. Chad has great bedside manner and doesn’t make me feel crazy when talking about what’s going on. I hadn’t been to the doctor in 4 years because I tried to talk to my prior doctor about what was going on when it all started and I was brushed off and basically told that’s just how motherhood can be. My problems weren’t because I’m an “overwhelmed Mom”! They were because my hormones were all out of whack. Chad listens judgment free and stays on top of all of my labs to make sure nothing needs adjusted. I use to have so much anxiety going to the doctor. I’m so thankful I found Dr Wilson and her team. Calling has been the only issue I’ve had because although the front staff says something will get done or has been done it probably hasn’t been. I think that has started to change though because it seems like they have changed some staff at the front. In person everyone has always been friendly.read more

I haven’t seen Dr. Wilson yet, but her staff, specifically Amber, was more than awesome when scheduling my new patient appointment. She... seemed to have cared and had empathy for my situation. Not everyone is going to vibe with a doctor so sometimes you just have to keep searching until one works best for you. I didn’t vibe with my last doc, but just talking to her staff made me feel better about everything, especially when I’m changing from a doctor I actually work for whose staff was awful. Great doctor!!!

I love love love this office. Obviously Dr. Wilson is amazing - but she's not a one woman show. Dr Wilson put together an amazing staff to... support our needs. This office offers many different kinds of treatments to improve your health. My mom needed an iron infusion desperately, and these ladies got us in on very short notice and took such sweet care of my mom. On my next visit I had several staff members ask how my mom is getting along. What a blessing these guys have been! I would definitely recommend the services and products that they have to offer.read more
